Some lessons only land when a child can smell the soil and pull a carrot from the ground. Our Outdoor Learning Experiences give kids that day — hands dirty, eyes wide, food traced all the way back to where it grows.

The Farm Experience

Plant a Seed & See What Grows Foundation provides free, guided farm visits for elementary and secondary classes in BC’s Okanagan,
run with our founding supporter, Natural Factors. Children plant,
explore, and head home with a seed of their own.

A structured outdoor visit supports children’s social-emotional development, builds a real appreciation for the seed-to-table cycle, and strengthens their connection to the land.
