We are a passionate team dedicated to cultivating a brighter future for children. Our programs are founded on the belief that watching a seed grow can change a child’s entire outlook on what is possible. We bring this vision to life through partnerships with schools, libraries, and daycares. Together, we are helping kids learn, grow, and thrive, one seed at a time.
By delivering educational materials and seeds directly to classrooms, we focus on inspiring curiosity and self-belief in the next generation. These specialized educational resources are provided to schools at no-charge. We complement these resources with direct financial grants to establish thriving school gardens.
Today’s childhood has shifted toward screen time, fewer hours outdoors, and a growing gap between generations—creating a quiet strain that families feel daily. When children grow up disconnected from nature, they miss out on the grounding experiences that build focus and confidence. We believe hands-in-the-soil learning is a beautiful antidote. By providing storybooks, workbooks, and seeds to schools and daycares—at no-charge, we replace screen hours with a sense of wonder, helping kids connect to the land, enjoy wholesome food, and share real moments with loved ones.
We use gardening to show children that with care and patience, they can grow anything — including their own future.
Teachers are busy and funds are tight. We make it easy for them by delivering free-of-charge curriculum-aligned packages right to their school doors.

“The children are so excited to come into our classroom each day and see how their plants have changed! They feel like scientists! The books that accompanied the seeds are simply beautiful and have provided a spring board for meaningful conversations!”

“The Plant a Seed—Read program has two fantastic books about planting and growing. The donated copies of the books have been added to our collection and have been used in programs. They are written perfectly for the preschool/primary age group and are engaging with great illustrations.”
