Esto ocurre en dos frentes: uno como cuidador del medio ambiente y el otro como protector de quienes a\u00fan no han aprendido a ser m\u00e1s conscientes de su impacto en el entorno. Este es un rasgo que les ser\u00e1 de gran utilidad, ya sea hoy como hermano mayor o tutor de sus pares, o en el futuro como educador, padre, madre y\/o tutor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Un maestro de aprendizaje observacional<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Como padre, madre y\/o educador, sabe que los ni\u00f1os desarrollan conductas <a href=\"https:\/\/seewhatgrows.org\/us\/es\/observational-learning-from-parents\/\">a trav\u00e9s del aprendizaje observacional<\/a>. Sientes frustraci\u00f3n al caminar por la playa y encontrar botellas de agua de pl\u00e1stico cerca de la orilla. Pones una mueca de exasperaci\u00f3n cuando se encuentran cajas de cart\u00f3n en el basurero del condominio en lugar del contenedor adecuado. Pero tambi\u00e9n reconoces que estos sentimientos no te sirven de mucho. Perjudican tu estado de \u00e1nimo y pueden afectar negativamente la forma en que interact\u00faas con los dem\u00e1s. Est\u00e1s trabajando en ello, por supuesto, pero ciertamente no deseas lo mismo para tus hijos. Quieres que desarrollen estrategias de reacci\u00f3n m\u00e1s saludables, raz\u00f3n por la cual las actividades de limpieza mencionadas en la introducci\u00f3n son una gran idea. El entusiasmo por este tipo de actividades les ense\u00f1ar\u00e1 a los ni\u00f1os a ser pacientes con los dem\u00e1s, a pesar del comportamiento descuidado o desconsiderado. Fomenta un sentido de comunidad que alienta a los ni\u00f1os y a los de su c\u00edrculo social a que la uni\u00f3n es la clave para avanzar, incluso si la evoluci\u00f3n comunitaria comienza con el acto de un individuo a la vez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ser\u00e1n m\u00e1s conscientes de su propio impacto<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Por \u00faltimo, esta es la primera lecci\u00f3n en surtir efecto. Cuando animas a tus hijos o alumnos a recoger lo que otros dejan, se vuelven m\u00e1s conscientes de su propio impacto en su entorno.
