Si es as\u00ed, \u00bfc\u00f3mo puede ayudarles a inspirar a sus compa\u00f1eros? \u00a1A continuaci\u00f3n hay algunos consejos \u00fatiles!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3 maneras en que tus hijos inspiradores pueden motivar a sus compa\u00f1eros a hacer grandes cosas en este mundo<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">I. <strong>Iniciar un canal<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nuestros antepasados ten\u00edan foros p\u00fablicos en la calle y cajones de madera sobre los cuales pararse cuando quer\u00edan inspirar a otros con sus ideas. La generaci\u00f3n de hoy tiene las redes sociales. Y estas les permiten llegar a una audiencia mucho m\u00e1s amplia de manera regular y en tiempo real. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Se anima a los padres y educadores (con la supervisi\u00f3n de los padres) a crear perfiles digitales que empoderen a los ni\u00f1os con una plataforma que les permita llegar a otros ni\u00f1os e informarles sobre el \u00e9xito que han tenido al seguir sus proyectos de pasi\u00f3n. Cuando los ni\u00f1os ven a otros ni\u00f1os haciendo algo genial, tambi\u00e9n se sienten motivados a hacer algo. Tenga en cuenta que este canal <strong>no debe configurarse como una cuenta personal\u00a0<\/strong>sino como una plataforma para destacar su causa. Ya sea que se les muestre o se les escuche <a href=\"https:\/\/seewhatgrows.org\/us\/es\/give-kids-a-voice\/\">como la voz<\/a> del canal quedar\u00e1 a discreci\u00f3n del padre, madre o tutores y del ni\u00f1o o ni\u00f1a, siempre y cuando se cumplan los requisitos de edad m\u00ednima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">II. <strong>Iniciar un grupo<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los padres y educadores (con la supervisi\u00f3n de los padres) tambi\u00e9n pueden alentar a los ni\u00f1os a crear grupos en l\u00ednea sobre temas locales, nacionales o globales a los que puedan unirse sus pares de una edad adecuada, actuando su hijo\/alumno (y usted mismo) como moderador. Por ejemplo, un grupo puede tratar sobre <strong>conservaci\u00f3n de los oc\u00e9anos y gesti\u00f3n marina<\/strong> Si su hijo\/estudiante lider\u00f3 un proyecto exitoso (es decir, una limpieza de playas mensual), compartir\u00eda su historia con los miembros del grupo en l\u00ednea e invitar\u00eda a sus compa\u00f1eros a hacer preguntas, participar en debates, compartir ideas y, en \u00faltima instancia, construir una comunidad en l\u00ednea de j\u00f3venes emprendedores que quieren hacer grandes cosas por su entorno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si configuras una p\u00e1gina de Facebook (en lugar de un perfil personal) como canal (seg\u00fan lo anterior) para que tu hijo o estudiante comparta su inspirador recorrido, puedes crear un grupo de Facebook.
