Haga que elijan un proyecto desafiante basado en un inter\u00e9s profundo que tengan. Puedes <a href=\"https:\/\/seewhatgrows.org\/us\/es\/how-children-can-learn-to-stop-procrastinating\/\">ense\u00f1ar a los ni\u00f1os a evitar la procrastinaci\u00f3n<\/a> al establecer un cronograma definido en el que los pasos predefinidos del proyecto elegido se completen a tiempo. Por ejemplo, si su joven arquitecto en ciernes decide que quiere construir una casa en el \u00e1rbol, establezca como meta para la Semana 1 dibujar un plano detallado de c\u00f3mo ser\u00e1 la casa en el \u00e1rbol, seguido de una meta para la Semana 2 de conseguir la madera necesaria, y una meta para la Semana 3 de construir la escalera inicial, y as\u00ed sucesivamente. No debe haber margen para la interpretaci\u00f3n al definir la hoja de ruta; debe ser clara y concisa para que su hijo o estudiante la siga.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Paso 3: Ofrecer recompensas por alcanzar las metas del proyecto<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si bien ver que su proyecto de pasi\u00f3n se acerca a la finalizaci\u00f3n suele ser recompensa suficiente, est\u00e1 bien volverse un poco pavloviano al ofrecer recompensas por cada paso completado en la hoja de ruta del proyecto. Esto \u201ccondiciona\u201d (a falta total de mejores palabras) a su hijo o alumno a comprender que cuando trabajan duro de una manera definida por pasos claros, ser\u00e1n recompensados por sus esfuerzos.
