Ils peuvent apprendre beaucoup en observant et en faisant de ces comportements positifs une partie int\u00e9grante de la r\u00e9solution de vivre une meilleure vie qui les pr\u00e9parera \u00e0 leur r\u00e9ussite personnelle. Ces habitudes saines donneront \u00e9galement le ton pour les g\u00e9n\u00e9rations \u00e0 venir, en particulier lorsque ces nouveaux objectifs ont un impact sur leur communaut\u00e9. Participez au jardinage communautaire<\/strong><\/p>\n

Une fa\u00e7on directe pour votre clan d'avoir un impact imm\u00e9diat et positif est de s'impliquer dans un jardin communautaire local ou un projet d'agriculture urbaine. S'il n'en existe aucun dans votre r\u00e9gion, cr\u00e9ez-en un.
