Christy’s path began in Barrie, ON where her background as a competitive dancer instilled discipline and perseverance. After earning a Bachelor of Science with a focus on biology and mathematics, Christy discovered naturopathic medicine unexpectedly while struggling with persistent health issues. “That first visit to a naturopathic doctor completely transformed my outlook,” <\/em>she recalls. The compassionate care and personalized attention inspired Christy to pursue her studies at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Her academic journey was not without obstacles.
