Cependant, il n'est pas constructif de le faire d'une mani\u00e8re qui laisse entendre que cela pourrait avoir un impact sur leurs aspirations futures. \u00c9vitez les d\u00e9clarations qui leur donnent l'impression d'aborder un domaine d'\u00e9tudes avec un passif historique d\u00e9favorable. M\u00eame s'il y a eu (et qu'il y a encore) des barri\u00e8res pr\u00e9judiciables \u00e0 l'entr\u00e9e, le communiquer \u00e0 un jeune enfant ne lui rend pas service. Des d\u00e9fis, non des comparaisons<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>Les enfants sont encourag\u00e9s \u00e0 ne pas se comparer aux autres, mais \u00e0 leurs propres r\u00e9ussites. Dans ce contexte de poursuite de grands r\u00eaves, si un enfant se compare \u00e0 ses pairs et constate qu'il \u201c surpasse \u201d ces derniers, il risque de r\u00e9duire ses efforts. Cela n'est b\u00e9n\u00e9fique ni pour lui ni pour ses pairs (<a href=\"https:\/\/seewhatgrows.org\/fr\/how-kids-can-inspire-other-kids\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">qui pourraient y chercher de l'inspiration<\/a>)\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c0 titre d'exemple assez lourd (mais l\u00e9gitime), un probl\u00e8me similaire persiste chez les jeunes urbains des communaut\u00e9s d\u00e9favoris\u00e9es. Il est ancr\u00e9 dans la psych\u00e9 des adolescents de ces communaut\u00e9s que, du moment qu'ils n'ont pas d'ennuis avec la justice, qu'ils ne font pas partie d'un gang ou qu'ils ne consomment pas de substances nocives, ils s'en sortent assez bien dans la vie. Cela peut entra\u00eener un statu quo complaisant. Les parents sont souvent complices, heureux de voir que leurs enfants ne se laissent pas happer par les probl\u00e8mes de leur environnement. Pendant ce temps, les adolescents des banlieues et des \u00e9coles priv\u00e9es situ\u00e9es \u00e0 quelques kilom\u00e8tres de l\u00e0 sont entour\u00e9s de stimulants pour accomplir de grands objectifs et nourrir de grands r\u00eaves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si votre enfant a la chance d'\u00eatre un grand r\u00eaveur, veillez \u00e0 ce qu'il ne revoie pas ses ambitions \u00e0 la baisse et ne se complaise pas dans son environnement actuel. Cela peut impliquer de trouver des programmes plus stimulants (li\u00e9s \u00e0 ses centres d'int\u00e9r\u00eat) auxquels participer en compl\u00e9ment de ses responsabilit\u00e9s scolaires actuelles. Ou bien, cela peut m\u00eame impliquer d'envisager une nouvelle \u00e9cole qui se concentre davantage sur sa passion et ses talents. C'est de l\u00e0 qu'sont n\u00e9es les \u00e9coles secondaires artistiques, pratiques et cr\u00e9atives au Canada, aux \u00c9tats-Unis et dans le monde entier. Il n'est pas n\u00e9cessaire que ce soit aussi radical que de passer d'un type de programme \u00e9ducatif \u00e0 un autre, mais il existe forc\u00e9ment un programme compl\u00e9mentaire qui mettra mieux au d\u00e9fi votre enfant ambitieux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>IV. (I Can\u2019t Get No) Satisfaction<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les enfants que nous pr\u00e9sentons dans notre <a href=\"https:\/\/seewhatgrows.org\/fr\/kids-corner\/inquiring-minds-inspiring-finds\/\">Esprits inspirants, trouvailles inspirantes<\/a> La s\u00e9rie de vid\u00e9os a r\u00e9alis\u00e9 les r\u00eaves qu'ils avaient d\u00e8s le plus jeune \u00e2ge. Pensez-vous qu'ils se soient arr\u00eat\u00e9s l\u00e0 ? Cherchez le nom de chacun sur Google et vous constaterez qu'en grandissant, leurs r\u00eaves ont grandi et qu'ils se sont fix\u00e9s des objectifs encore plus ambitieux. Si vous constatez que votre enfant atteint ses objectifs, encouragez-le \u00e0 viser plus haut et \u00e0 en ambitionner de plus grands encore. S'il doit absolument savourer ses r\u00e9ussites, apprenez-lui \u00e0 comprendre que ces r\u00e9ussites sont des tremplins vers quelque chose d'encore plus extraordinaire.
