Dans notre vid\u00e9o la plus r\u00e9cente ci-dessous, nous faisons la connaissance de Kelvin Doe, alias DJ Focus. Comment a-t-il obtenu ce surnom sympa ? En plus d'\u00eatre un jeune inventeur, Kelvin travaille comme DJ radio dans une station locale de sa communaut\u00e9. Il est facile de perdre sa concentration en tant qu\u201c\u201d adultes responsables \u00bb (hum hum), alors vous pouvez imaginer ce que c'est pour les enfants qui sont stimul\u00e9s par tant de choses. La bonne nouvelle, c'est que vous pouvez donner \u00e0 vos enfants ou \u00e9l\u00e8ves les moyens d'action n\u00e9cessaires pour les aider \u00e0 se concentrer et \u00e0 mener \u00e0 bien des projets importants. Cela pr\u00e9pare le terrain pour une exp\u00e9rience plus positive. De plus, les g\u00e9n\u00e9rations futures doivent toujours \u00eatre encourag\u00e9es \u00e0 suivre leurs passions. Le monde n'en sera que plus heureux et plus sain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Cr\u00e9er un tableau de vision pour leur objectif<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Une fois les d\u00e9tails du projet expos\u00e9s et les \u00e9tapes de r\u00e9alisation identifi\u00e9es, amenez-les \u00e0 exploiter la puissance de <strong>visualisation<\/strong>. La visualisation est<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>une technique que tout le monde peut utiliser pour cr\u00e9er une image mentale vive du r\u00e9sultat final d'un objectif. Elle implique la mise en \u0153uvre de plusieurs sens pour rendre les images mentales aussi r\u00e9alistes que possible. Pour rendre la visualisation plus tangible, les gens cr\u00e9ent des tableaux de vision, qui sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement des images, des dessins et d'autres repr\u00e9sentations de ce \u00e0 quoi ressemble l'atteinte d'un objectif. <strong>C'est l\u00e0 que les choses s\u00e9rieuses commencent ! <\/strong>Les enfants peuvent d\u00e9couper des photos dans des magazines, faire des dessins et coller toutes sortes de choses qui repr\u00e9sentent \u00e0 quoi ressemble leur objectif r\u00e9alis\u00e9 (invention, etc.). Pour les enfants, un tableau de vision peut aider \u00e0 maintenir la concentration sur leurs aspirations et \u00e0 favoriser la pers\u00e9v\u00e9rance. Les tableaux de vision peuvent \u00e9galement renforcer leur confiance en eux \u00e0 mesure qu'ils progressent vers leur objectif et voient leurs visions se mat\u00e9rialiser.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u00c9liminer les distractions<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nous savons tous ce que c'est que d'\u00eatre distrait de nos responsabilit\u00e9s quotidiennes, sans parler de nos objectifs plus importants. Les e-mails, les SMS, les r\u00e9seaux sociaux, l'attrait irr\u00e9sistible des conversations ext\u00e9rieures et bien d'autres choses peuvent nous faire perdre notre concentration. Lorsque votre enfant a r\u00e9serv\u00e9 une p\u00e9riode sp\u00e9cifique pour travailler sur son projet, aidez-le \u00e0 \u00e9liminer toutes les distractions. \u00c0 moins qu'il n'ait besoin d'\u00eatre en ligne pour travailler sur le projet, faites-lui savoir qu'en rangeant ses appareils mobiles, il sera plus \u00e0 m\u00eame de se concentrer sur ses t\u00e2ches. S'il doit travailler dans un environnement bruyant et propice aux distractions (provenant d'autres \u00e9l\u00e8ves ou de fr\u00e8res et s\u0153urs, etc.), pensez \u00e0 l'\u00e9quiper d'un casque \u00e0 r\u00e9duction de bruit. Les casques \u00e0 r\u00e9duction de bruit sont en fait utilis\u00e9s pour aider les \u00e9l\u00e8ves ayant certaines diff\u00e9rences d'apprentissage, tels que le TDAH ou l'autisme. Vous devez leur faire confiance pour r\u00e9gler les choses par eux-m\u00eames lorsqu'ils sont d\u00e9termin\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Apprenez-leur \u00e0 ne pas surr\u00e9agir quand le projet prend une mauvaise tournure<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Enfin, faites savoir aux enfants que les choses ne se d\u00e9roulent pas toujours comme pr\u00e9vu. Il y aura de petits contretemps, des difficult\u00e9s de taille moyenne et d'\u00e9ventuels sc\u00e9narios catastrophes. Tout cela fait partie du processus. Mais lorsqu'ils s'y attendaient le moins, les enfants peuvent rapidement perdre la concentration, et m\u00eame l'int\u00e9r\u00eat de terminer un projet donn\u00e9.
