Ce processus est avantageux lorsque les activit\u00e9s favorisent un mode de vie sain, mais peut se retourner contre eux lorsque les observations incluent des activit\u00e9s potentiellement probl\u00e9matiques. L'utilisation habituelle des smartphones est un exemple frappant de ce dernier cas. Alors que les parents s'empressent de r\u00e9primander leurs enfants pour avoir pass\u00e9 trop de temps sur les appareils mobiles et \u00e0 jouer \u00e0 des jeux vid\u00e9o, ce sont eux (les parents) qui donnent l'exemple. Pour \u00e9viter de favoriser un environnement similaire et d'ancrer chez votre enfant des comportements qui pourraient persister \u00e0 l'\u00e2ge adulte, nous vous encourageons \u00e0 \u00eatre plus attentif \u00e0 l'apprentissage par observation. Ce faisant, vous pouvez modifier vos propres comportements en pr\u00e9sence de vos enfants afin d'enseigner (sans enseigner) par l'exemple. Sortez dans le jardin et commencez \u00e0 jardiner. Vous n'aurez m\u00eame pas \u00e0 leur demander de se joindre \u00e0 vous, car ils verront \u00e0 quel point vous vous amusez en plantant des graines, en arrosant les cultures, en d\u00e9corant l'espace et en c\u00f4toyant les oiseaux, les insectes utiles et autres pollinisateurs g\u00e9niaux<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Je cuisine !<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Il est temps de commencer \u00e0 cuisiner pour de bon (et de faire de la p\u00e2tisserie). Mettez la t\u00e9l\u00e9vision \u00e0 fond avec les meilleures \u00e9mission culinaires et de p\u00e2tisserie du Canada en arri\u00e8re-plan pendant que vous exp\u00e9rimentez de nouveaux aliments (y compris ceux cultiv\u00e9s dans votre jardin), \u00e9pices, sauces et ingr\u00e9dients au quotidien. N'h\u00e9sitez pas \u00e0 travailler votre imitation de Julia Child qui fera votre<\/em> enfant pense que vous avez un peu perdu la boule. Cela ne fera que les inciter \u00e0 s'impliquer encore plus ! <\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Jouer dehors tous les jours<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Ne laissez jamais passer une journ\u00e9e sans aller jouer dehors. Oui, nous nous adressons \u00e0 vous, parents. Si votre enfant vous voit attraper un ballon, une raquette, un club, un b\u00e2ton, un v\u00e9lo, ou tout ce qui correspond \u00e0 vos loisirs (un kayak, \u00e7a marche aussi) ne serait-ce que 30 minutes par jour, il apprendra \u00e0 faire de m\u00eame avec vous et\/ou avec ses amis. Continuez par la pluie, gr\u00eale ou neige, \u00e0 travers les quatre saisons, et vous leur montrerez que rien ne peut vous arr\u00eater, ni eux non plus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Travaux manuels<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Vous souvenez-vous de votre enfance, lorsque vous passiez des heures, un dimanche apr\u00e8s-midi de pluie, \u00e0 dessiner, peindre, coller, construire ou sculpter ? Pourquoi avez-vous arr\u00eat\u00e9 ? Posez vos appareils num\u00e9riques et adonnez-vous aux travaux manuels avec vos outils de cr\u00e9ation pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9s. Lancez-vous dans des projets artisanaux si vastes que vous ne les ach\u00e8verez jamais (c'est le voyage qui compte, pas la destination) ou entreprenez une s\u00e9rie de petits projets n\u00e9cessitant une attention quotidienne, afin que votre enfant vous voie vous y plonger r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement. 5. B\u00e9n\u00e9volat<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Engagez-vous \u00e0 soutenir une organisation \u00e0 but non lucratif. En plus de faire des dons financiers (si vous le pouvez), donnez de votre temps, de vos connaissances et de vos comp\u00e9tences selon les besoins de l'organisme ou de la fondation. Votre enfant vous verra faire des choses telles que collecter des fonds, g\u00e9rer des collectes de denr\u00e9es alimentaires, ou participer \u00e0 des marathons et autres activit\u00e9s similaires, ce qui d\u00e9veloppera chez lui des comportements altruistes susceptibles un jour de changer sa communaut\u00e9 pour le mieux., si ce n'est pas le monde entier<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
