Laissez-les choisir un projet stimulant fond\u00e9 sur un int\u00e9r\u00eat profond. Il peut s'agir de n'importe quoi, de l'art, de la p\u00e2tisserie, de la construction, du jardinage, de la musique, de la pal\u00e9ontologie, de la photographie, ou de tout autre domaine interm\u00e9diaire. Laissez-leur le choix du concept, tout en les guidant sur les sp\u00e9cificit\u00e9s du projet afin que l'objectif final soit clair, tout en exigeant la r\u00e9alisation d'une s\u00e9rie d'\u00e9tapes stimulantes jusqu'\u00e0 la conclusion du projet. Par exemple, s'ils d\u00e9cident de choisir un projet de passion sur le jardinage, demandez-leur d'organiser un projet de jardinage pour leur \u00e9cole ou leur propre jardin (selon le cas), ce qui implique de choisir un emplacement, de d\u00e9cider des cultures en fonction du climat, de se procurer des graines et des outils de jardinage, de d\u00e9l\u00e9guer les r\u00f4les et les responsabilit\u00e9s, et de mener le projet \u00e0 bien jusqu'\u00e0 la \u201c grande ouverture \u201d du jardin (oui, m\u00eame si c'est dans votre propre jardin). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En apprenant \u00e0 travailler dur et \u00e0 voir les r\u00e9sultats se concr\u00e9tiser pour des projets qui les passionnent, ils d\u00e9velopperont \u00e9galement les comp\u00e9tences n\u00e9cessaires pour accomplir des t\u00e2ches qui les int\u00e9ressent moins (c'est-\u00e0-dire d'autres mati\u00e8res \u00e0 l'\u00e9cole et\/ou des corv\u00e9es \u00e0 la maison). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u00c9tape 2 : \u00c9tablir des d\u00e9lais pr\u00e9cis<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le plus grand obstacle au travail acharn\u00e9 est de le remettre \u00e0 plus tard. Vous pouvez <a href=\"https:\/\/seewhatgrows.org\/fr\/how-children-can-learn-to-stop-procrastinating\/\">apprendre aux enfants \u00e0 \u00e9viter la procrastination<\/a> en \u00e9tablissant un calendrier pr\u00e9cis pour lequel les \u00e9tapes pr\u00e9d\u00e9finies du projet choisi sont r\u00e9alis\u00e9es dans les d\u00e9lais. Par exemple, si votre jeune architecte en herbe d\u00e9cide qu'il ou elle veut construire une cabane dans les arbres, fixez comme objectif pour la semaine 1 de dessiner un plan d\u00e9taill\u00e9 de l'apparence de la cabane, suivi d'un objectif pour la semaine 2 d'obtenir le bois n\u00e9cessaire, et d'un objectif pour la semaine 3 de construire l'\u00e9chelle initiale, et ainsi de suite. Il ne doit y pas y avoir de place pour l'interpr\u00e9tation lors de la d\u00e9finition de la feuille de route : elle doit \u00eatre claire et concise pour que votre enfant ou \u00e9l\u00e8ve puisse la suivre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u00c9tape 3 : Offrir des r\u00e9compenses pour l'atteinte des objectifs du projet<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bien que voir leur projet de c\u0153ur approcher de sa fin soit souvent une r\u00e9compense suffisante, il est tout \u00e0 fait acceptable de se montrer un peu pavlovien en pr\u00e9voyant des r\u00e9compenses pour chaque \u00e9tape franchie dans la feuille de route du projet. Cela \u201c conditionne \u201d (faute de meilleur mot) votre enfant ou \u00e9l\u00e8ve \u00e0 comprendre que lorsqu'il travaille dur selon des \u00e9tapes bien d\u00e9finies, ses efforts sont r\u00e9compens\u00e9s.
