Il peut s'agir de leaders parmi leurs pairs \u00e0 l'\u00e9cole, mais les grands fr\u00e8res et s\u0153urs conviennent \u00e9galement tr\u00e8s bien \u00e0 ce r\u00f4le. Ils sont capables de travailler aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s de vers de terre, de limaces et d'escargots sans avoir le c\u0153ur lev\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Fonctions :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jardinage pratique en plus de la d\u00e9l\u00e9gation des t\u00e2ches de jardinage plus avanc\u00e9es (ajout de fumier au sol) aux adultes sur place si n\u00e9cessaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Chef Jardinier Financier<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Tranche d'\u00e2ge<\/strong> 10-12<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Comp\u00e9tences requises :<\/strong> C'est pour l'enfant qui a tendance \u00e0 mettre de c\u00f4t\u00e9 l'argent de sa carte d'anniversaire au lieu de courir au magasin de jouets et de bonbons \u00e0 la moindre occasion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Fonctions :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ils seront responsables des campagnes de collecte de fonds pour soutenir les initiatives de jardinage communautaire ou scolaire. Les fonds seront attribu\u00e9s \u00e0 l'achat de graines, de terre, d'outils de jardinage et plus encore. C'est une affaire s\u00e9rieuse, les amis. On oublie les stands de limonade et les ventes de p\u00e2tisseries !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Chef Jardinier Technologique<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Tranche d'\u00e2ge<\/strong> 13-16<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Comp\u00e9tences requises :<\/strong> Pour l'enfant \u00e0 qui maman et papa demandent souvent comment se reconnecter au Wi-Fi de la maison ou mettre \u00e0 jour le logiciel de leur ordinateur portable, ce qui est le cas de presque tous les pr\u00e9-adolescents de nos jours. C'est \u00e9galement un atout s'ils ont des comp\u00e9tences en retouche num\u00e9rique (photos et graphismes).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Fonctions :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cr\u00e9er les profils de r\u00e9seaux sociaux du jardin scolaire ou communautaire<a href=\"https:\/\/seewhatgrows.org\/fr\/spread-word-community-garden-get-support\/\">voici pourquoi c'est important<\/a>) et travailler en \u00e9troite collaboration avec le CMG (ci-dessous) sur diverses initiatives technologiques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Chef Marketing Gardener (CMG)<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Tranche d'\u00e2ge<\/strong> 13-16<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Comp\u00e9tences requises :<\/strong> Comme pour le CTG, le CMG doit \u00e9galement poss\u00e9der des comp\u00e9tences num\u00e9riques ainsi de bonnes aptitudes r\u00e9dactionnelles. Il doit \u00e9galement \u00eatre un bon orateur (ou en voie de le devenir) et avoir un sens prononc\u00e9 de la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Fonctions :<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ils seront charg\u00e9s de g\u00e9rer (ou d'aider \u00e0 g\u00e9rer) <a href=\"https:\/\/seewhatgrows.org\/fr\/spread-word-community-garden-get-support\/\">les r\u00e9seaux sociaux du jardin communautaire\/scolaire<\/a>.
